Teriyaki Chicken

8 large carrots pealed and cut
1 red onion cut into large chunks
2 large cans of pinneapple chunks in juice (undrained)
4 garlic cloves
3-4 chicken breasts
1 cup teriyaki sauce

Place in crockpot on low for 6-7 hours.  Serve over rice.

You can split this into 2 recipes if you don't want to make so much leftover.  Freeze before cooking.

I prepped this meal on a Sunday night and placed the ingredients in a gallon zip lock bag in the fridge.  I had a workout class Monday after work and just set the crockpot and dinner was ready when I got home!  My husband loves this recipe and it's so easy!


After- it may not look very appetizing, but tastes delicious!
